Missoni dresses

On MILAN, September 25, 2011, Angela Missoni, the creative director of Missoni fashion house showed her real talent through the new collection she presented. The show was affected by gypsy style or in other words what Sardinian girls should wear in a dancing party to look feminine and sexy. The designer played on prints, colors, fabrics and various cuts to attract the audience. Prints were all about floral ones to fit the overwhelming theme of the show. As for colors, they were all about white, yellow, orange, coral, turquoise, cacao, green, deep sea blue, petroleum and emerald. The used fabrics were knit, lace, silk, tulle and chiffon. Distinctive cuts were offered in the show such as; jackets, skirts and dresses. Jackets were off-shouldered sweaters or mini ones worn over dresses or skirts. Skirts were large, flared and transparent. Dresses were fluid, fringed, midi or maxi with one shoulder. Eventually, the designer was assisted by scarves, necklaces, earrings, clutches, bags and high-heeled sandals as accessories.
